Our Story

The China-ASEAN (Nanning) Fruit Commodity Exchange (CAFCE) stands at the intersection of opportunity and innovation. Located in Guangxi, the only province in China sharing both land and sea borders with ASEAN countries, CAFCE leverages unparalleled geographical advantages to serve as the largest transit hub for fruit imports and exports between China and ASEAN.

Established in response to Premier Li Qiang's directives during his inspection of Guangxi, CAFCE was created to fully leverage the region's unique position as China's largest fruit production base and primary channel for ASEAN trade. With 12 designated ports for imported fruits—ranking second largest in China—Guangxi is perfectly positioned to transform the regional fruit trade landscape.

CAFCE's mission is to promote the export of high-quality domestic fruits and facilitate the import of tropical fruits, creating a comprehensive ecosystem that benefits producers, traders, and consumers across China and ASEAN. Through digital innovation and integrated supply chain solutions, we are building the most efficient trading environment for fruit commodities in the region.

Strategic Location

Nanning, our home city and the permanent host of the China-ASEAN Expo and Business Investment Summit, serves as a vital logistics hub along the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor. With multi-dimensional transportation connections by sea, land, air, and rail linking directly to ASEAN, Nanning offers unmatched accessibility.

The completion of the Pinglu Canal will further enhance Nanning's position, providing the most convenient waterway access to the sea in Southwest China and cementing the city's natural advantages for developing the China-ASEAN fruit import and export industry.
